Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa

A five-year provisional visa with 15 nomination or sponsorship points, for eligible skilled applicants nominated by a state or territory or sponsored by an eligible relative. Visa holders must meet the conditions for living, working and studying in designated regional areas. After at least three years holding the visa, the 191 may be available if its requirements are met.
